Shipping Information
Unless otherwise requested, we generally use the following shipping methods:
- We ship smaller orders with FedEx Ground (map of transit times is shown below) or FedEx Express (upon request).

- For larger orders (half a pallet or greater), we use LTL carriers. We have accounts with many companies, so we choose the most cost effective option for the delivery location.
- Customers near our warehouse may qualify for delivery by our company truck, depending on location and order quantity.
- We can also use our customers' FedEx, UPS, or freight company accounts.
We try to accomodate customers' requests whenever possible, so please let us know if you have a particular shipping method you would like to use.
Our policy is to use the most cost effective shipping method, but shipping charges for any method depend on the size and weight of products ordered. Please contact us for an estimation of shipping charges.
Return Policy
All merchandise are sold for its intended purpose only.
Products can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original shipment date. Please call for a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.
Products to be returned or exchanged should be in resellable condition with original manufacturer packaging. A 15% re-stocking charge will be accessed on all products or damaged packaging.
